SUP Yoga

Experience the focus of mind and body while at one with nature on the water. SUP Yoga is a fantastic blend of balance and mindfulness. Improve your balance, core strength, emotional and spiritual harmony as your body works to stay stable on the board challenged by both wind and tide.
Our SUP Yoga sessions are provided by Donna from Simply Soulful Yoga based in Kingsbridge.
Duration: 1.0 hour
Ability: Novice to advanced
Age: 12+
Max Group size: 20
Group classes £20 inc. board/wetsuit or £17.50 exc. board/wetsuit
